Anew Instagram Giveaway - Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the "Instagram Giveaway" (the
"Giveaway") and are binding on all participants. By entering the Giveaway,
participants agree to abide by these T&Cs.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored and managed by anew, located at 101 Pakenham
Street West, Wynyard Qtr, Auckland ("the Sponsor").
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, agents, or immediate family members of anew and affiliated
companies are not eligible to enter.
4. How To Enter
Consumers may enter on Instagram. Consumers must follow anew on instagram
and tag a friend in the comment section to be eligible. There is no limit to the
number of times a consumer can enter.
Competition starts from the time of posting on 9/11/23 and ends at 12:00 am on
30/11/23.
4. Prize
One winner will receive 2x VIP tickets to Auckland Laneway Festival taking place
on 6th of February 2024 at Western Springs valued at $595.80NZD and a 12
pack of Laneway x anew collab bottles valued at $72NZD.
The total value of this prize is $667.80NZD.
The prize does not include transportation, accommodation, or any other
expenses.
This prize is for or relates to St. Jerome's Laneway Festival 2024 (Auckland) (the
“Event”). If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend at the Event, they forfeit the
prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
The St. Jerome's Laneway Festival 2024 tickets are subject to the Event venue
and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced on the 30/11/23
The winner will be announced on @chooseanew and will be contacted via
Instagram Direct Message. If the winner doesn't respond within 48 hours, a new
winner will be selected.
6. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Giveaway if it
cannot be completed as planned due to any reason, including but not limited to
technical failures, unauthorised intervention, or fraud.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. No
prize substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.
The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt of the
prize.
By entering the Giveaway, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their
name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further
compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information,
technical malfunctions, or any other problems that may occur during the
Giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor,
Instagram, and their respective agents from any and all claims, liability, or
damages arising from participation or prize acceptance.
8. Privacy
All personal information collected will be used only for the purposes of the
Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or
associated with Instagram. By entering, participants agree to release Instagram
of any and all liability related to this Giveaway.
10. Governing Law
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes
relating to the Giveaway will be governed by New Zealand.
